If I have posted appointments on my social area (Instagram) or my business page on Facebook, and there is one you would like to book, please send me a message.

​

Upon booking I'll discuss what sort of design you are looking to have and try and give you a rough guide on the price.

​

For each booking I require a £20.00 OR £30.00 non refundable deposit (design dependant), to secure your appointment.

No appointments will be held without the deposit being paid, so until you pay your deposit, the appointment will remain available for other clients.

Your Appointment

​

On the day of your appointment you will be welcomed into my own private nail studio.

You will have the chance to choose your colours, glitters and nail art accessories from my collection of products.

​

Refreshments are also available to clients.

​

All appointments are single person slots ONLY. No children, or additional guests allowed to attend your appointment.

CLIENT SERVICE GUARANTEE

I will Guarantee my work for 48 hours after your nail service, as any adhesion issues would appear within this time frame.

 

In the unlikely event that you experience lifting or loss of any crystals, (within 48 hours ) I shall rectify it at no extra charge to my client.

​

Damage caused through mistreatment of your serviced nails is liable to the client and any repair to the serviced nail/nails will be subject to full nail service charges, i.e Booking Deposit and Booking procedure to rectify damaged nail/nails. 

A price for the nail service repair will be given at booking.

LATE ARRIVALS

​

Due to traffic and/or childcare issues, I am accepting of if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment IF Notified,

If you are 15 minutes late and have not contacted me to inform me, or you are more than 15 minutes late, I will have no choice but  to cancel your appointment and retain the £20.00 OR £30.00 non refundable deposit.

To ensure client services run smoothly for ALL, it is important that ALL clients comply with my booking and arrival policies.

Cancellations & Failure To Turn Up

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy on all appointments booked in with myself unless agreed by myself.

If you are able to cancel your appointment within this time frame, this will give me the opportunity to offer the appointment to other clients.

Your deposit will be either refunded, or kept if you wish to change your appointment to a different day/time.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, I will have no choice in keeping your deposit.

If clients chose to not attend an arranged appointment without contacting me, I will have no choice but to retain your deposit.

"No Shows" without contact, to arranged appointments, is unacceptable and I reserve the right to deny future booking attempts.

Payments

 

All appointments will require a £20.00 OR £30.00 non refundable deposit, depending on type and design of chosen nail service, which will then be deducted off the price of your nail service on the day of your appointment.

I do not accept a refund policy, therefore you need to be completely satisfied and happy with the outcome of your nails before you leave.

Payment must be made in full at point of nails service. I accept cash or all major debit/credit cards via my card machine. Clients wishing to pay via Bank Transfer can do so 24hours prior to their appointment to allow for account clearance for client and myself *Details given on request*

 

Please ensure you have the funds available to pay before making your appointment.
